How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping is free for domestic customers and variable for international customers. In general, we aim to keep our international shipping fees as low as possible.

Where Do You Ship From?

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in either Boston, Massachusetts or Seattle, Washington. We do not use third party fulfillment companies. We import, warehouse, pack, and ship everything ourselves.

What Shipping Methods Do You Use?

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our primary shipping partner. Most orders are shipped using a First Class Mail Service which takes about 3 - 5 days to receive. If an order contains a lithium-ion battery, it may have to be shipped via ground mail which will take a little bit longer. International shipments are sent via GlobalPost and generally require 11-17 days for delivery.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes. We ship anywhere in the world using USPS and/or GlobalPost.

Do You Offer Tracking Numbers?

Yes. All orders include full tracking from start to finish and complementary package insurance in the event of a lost or damaged package.

How Do You Package Your Orders?

Our packages are discreet and arrive in either plain envelopes or plain cardboard boxes.

What Is Your Return Policy?

We offer a 60 day refund policy starting from the date of delivery as verifiable by tracking records. Simply contact our customer support team if you are unsatisfied with your purchase and we'll be happy to help you out.

What If 60 Days Have Passed?

Generally speaking, customer satisfaction is always our top priority so we encourage customers to get in touch with us even if the return period has lapsed. We are always more than happy to make accommodations depending on circumstance.
