All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located just outside of Boston, Massachusetts in the United States of America.

Shipping is free. All of our inventory is warehoused and shipped out of our Boston warehouse in the United States.

We use DHL and USPS for the vast majority of our shipments. Most orders are shipped using a priority mail service which takes about 2-3 days to receive. Some orders may be required to ship via ground mail due to lithium-ion battery regulations. International shipments generally require 7-9 days for delivery.

Yes. We ship anywhere in the world using DHL and USPS. Both of which are fast, safe, and reliable.

Yes. All orders include full tracking from start to finish and complementary package insurance in the event of a lost or damaged package.

Our packages are discreet and arrive in either plain envelopes or plain cardboard boxes.

We offer a 30 day refund policy starting from the date of delivery as verifiable by tracking records. Simply contact our customer support team if you are unsatisfied with your purchase and we’ll be happy to help you out.
