Dear Customers,

During this COVID-19 pandemic, the United States Postal Service (USPS) has been greatly impacted. Like many other small businesses, we depend on the consistent and reliable operation of the USPS in order to conduct business. Due to these recent events, it has become increasingly difficult to provide accurate delivery times for our customers. Despite the amount of time that has lapsed since the beginning of the pandemic, the logistics industry has not seen much improvement. For ground mail, we are seeing average delivery times of 10 business days for our customers in the United States. International customers, particularly those in Australia and Canada, are taking upwards of six weeks in some cases.

As a small business, we do not have the ability to create our own shipping company like Amazon. We are forced to depend on the resources we have available to us which include USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. While we do our best to pick the courier with the fastest shipping speeds, it remains true that virtually every courier depends on the United States Postal Service (USPS) in some capacity to deliver their mail. If the USPS suffers, we all suffer.

We kindly ask for your patience in these trying times. Tracking information is sometimes slow or inaccurate; estimated delivery dates can be wrong or lengthy; and packages are sometimes lost and/or misplaced. We provide complementary package insurance for all of our customers which means your money is always going to be safe and sound. The only thing we ask is for your patience while we play the waiting game to determine the status of your package.

As of October 2nd, we are seeing the following delivery times:

DOMESTIC: anywhere from three to twelve business days depending on your proximity to our warehouse in the Greater Boston Area. These delivery times can also be impacted by the shipping method used to send your order (ground mail vs air mail)

INTERNATIONAL: anywhere from ten to sixty business days depending on your country’s protocols for inbound international mail. We have been seeing delivery times exceeding thirty days in places like Australia, New Zealand, and even Canada.
